Beginner Gymnastics
This is a one hour per week class for students who have never taken gymnastics before or need to work on the fundamentals a little longer. We provide instruction on all four Olympic Events - vaults, bars, beam, and floor excercise. With safety in mind, each student is guided through a full fitness workout with emphasis on sill progression to help provide a good foundation to progress through to more challenging skills.
